One address reaches us for everything: editorial corrections, privacy requests and general questions about this website.
Write to [email protected]. This is the only contact channel for this website — we do not operate a telephone line, a live chat widget or social media accounts, and any account claiming to represent us elsewhere is not us.
We aim to reply within five working days. Requests made under data protection law are answered within one month, as the legislation requires; if a request is complex and we need longer, we will tell you before that month is up.
What to include
A useful message tells us the page you are writing about, what you expected, and what you actually saw. For a correction, a link to the publisher's own page is the fastest way to get something fixed.

- A short description of the problem or the request
- For a correction, a source we can check it against
- For a data protection request, enough detail for us to locate the records
Please do not send passwords, payment card details or copies of identity documents. We never need them, and we will delete anything of that kind on receipt.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent comparison page, not the publisher of any title listed here. That means a number of things have to go elsewhere:
- Account recovery, password resets and login problems
- Lost progress, in-world items or purchases
- Refunds, billing queries and subscription cancellations
- Reports about the conduct of other players
- Technical faults inside a title itself
All of those are handled by the publisher of the title in question, through their own support channels. We have no access to any publisher's systems and cannot act on your behalf with them.
Business enquiries
Publishers and representatives may write to the same address. Please note that we do not sell placements and do not accept payment for a position in the list — being listed, and where, is an editorial decision. Enquiries that amount to an offer to buy a ranking will not receive a reply.
Removal and takedown requests
If you hold rights in material reproduced on this website and believe it is used without permission, email us with the URL, identification of the material, and a statement of your rights in it. We will review the request and remove or correct the material where the claim is substantiated.
